To ensure the privacy, comfort, and safety of all attendees, please read and agree to the following conditions before entering the The Littles Lock In. This is an agreement between the individual signed and Extreme By Design Limited, all paperwork will remain in paper form only and be sealed unless required by law.

1. No Filming or Photography

• Prohibition of Photography and Filming: I acknowledge and agree that no photography, filming, video, or audio recording of any kind is permitted within the event premises, except with the express written consent of the event organiser Extreme by Design Limited.

• No mobile phones outside of the locker room unless all cameras are fully covered by a tamper proof sticker. Smart Glasses or any device that can record or transmit are not allowed on the premises.

• Anyone suspected of filming or photography may have their devices checked by event staff, and any offending material will be deleted.

2. Press & Media Policy

• Members of the press or media are NOT permitted to attend in a working capacity or for the process of gathering information.

• Any individual affiliated with a media or press organisation must declare this to event staff immediately upon arrival. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event and possible exclusion from future events.

3. Confidentiality

To keep the event, attendees and staff safe I agree to, and understand, all the following points:

• I agree that I, or someone acting on my behalf, will not be in contact with or act in liaison with the Press (TV, radio, newspapers etc.), Journalists, I myself act as a Journalist and/or any Public Figure (YouTube, TikTok etc.),  in relation to any aspect of the event, the event organisers or its attendees, as they relate to the event in perpetuity.

• Nothing in this Agreement will prevent the Recipient from making any disclosure of the Confidential Information required by law or by any competent authority.

• This Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, English and Welsh law. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute which has arisen or may arise out of, or in connection with, this Agreement.

4. Acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions

• By signing this document, I have read and agree to all the Terms and Conditions laid out at the entry of The Littles Lock In Event including those on this document and Terms and Conditions of entry to The Littles Lock In events document and will abide by them, I understand that breaking any policy stated may result in my removal without a refund and possible banning from all future events.

We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of ensuring the safety and wellbeing of past and future attendees, and in accordance with our legal obligations. Retention periods are reviewed regularly and data will be securely destroyed when no longer required.

We do not store this information in digital form. All records are held in physical format and stored securely in a locked location, with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, and to raise any concerns about how your data is handled. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
