We strive to be as accessible as possible to everyone but if you have any queries or concerns about your access needs just drop us a message and we will see what we can do.

Examples of things we have in place already are:

• Step free access
• Wheelchair accessible toilet
  • Derby has level access toilets however they are standard cubicle sizes with no handrails or pull cord
• Dedicated venue parking for blue badge holders
• Gender neutral toilets
• Lap trays for arts & crafts if the table isn’t at a suitable height
• Rooms available if you need some time out (just ask staff and we will point you in the right direction)
• Sensory/chill out room
• Although we have a no phones rule, if you need it for accessibility reasons we will just cover your camera with a fun sticker
• Free sanitary and hygiene products available in all bathrooms no questions asked ​

We are passionate about accessibility as it’s something we (the organisers) have to navigate in our everyday lives.
